GREENSLADES

16 Charles Street
Sackville, New Brunswick

Big, welcoming, and full of light, Greenslades is located in downtown Sackville, New Brunswick but has a gentle country magic. Here, artists perform in an intimate setting and guests can enjoy a memorable stay in the heart of the Maritimes.

Three musicians playing instruments and singing at an indoor event, with a woman on a cello singing into a microphone, a man playing a violin, and another man managing sound equipment.

Emma Worley, Talel McBriar & Claire Hunter

Wednesday, September 23
Doors at 7:00 pm, show at 7:30 pm

Join three talented singer-songwriters for a special performance in the round!

Toronto’s Emma Worley blends alternative folk and americana with lyrics that tuck grief, humour and introspection into the same fold. Also from Toronto, Claire Hunter creates a blend of dreamy folk-pop, weaving evocative melodies with introspective storytelling. Raised in rural British Columbia, Talel McBriar weaves together sounds of traditional folk with alternative indie-rock. Guided by haunting melodies and dreamy vocals, Talel’s lyrics ruminate on the landscapes of both outer influences and inner thoughts.

Plumtree Room

Built in 1877 by the Dixon family, this house served as their home for three generations. It has only changed hands twice since and is now home to Andrew Ennals, who returned home to Sackville starting in 2018 with the goal of restoring and opening the house for guests and events.
